Candidates must affirm the Bible as the infallible, inerrant Word of God and be committed to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the whole counsel of Scripture.

Candidates must also provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care in all aspects of church life. The senior pastor will lead a continued mission of “Changed Lives, Changing Lives” by investing in children, youth, young adults, families and seniors as well as supporting missions and community-based events. He needs to be ordained by a Southern Baptist Church, a seminary graduate and have prior pastoral experience. He will foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment with a team of full-time and part-time staff, coaching, mentoring and pouring into his people to develop and strengthen capabilities toward church goals.
